Since 1997, SiteWorks and its employees have been providing real estate and legal services to a wide range of commercial developers and retailers. During that time, they have negotiated, documented and closed hundreds of retail leases and lease amendments, acquisitions and dispositions, and a wide variety of other real estate transactions. Since 2008, SiteWorks' focus has been to work on behalf of both developers and retailers to restructure leases, loans and other business arrangements in ways that benefit all involved parties.
